Overview:

The Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing all warehouse related activities, people and processes.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Manages shipping and receiving to the warehouse.

2. Maintains inventory with inventory software as determined by the Director of Technology.

3. Schedules drivers, contractors, makes local deliveries and maintains a DOT compliance health card.

4. Possess excellent customer service skills.

5. Manages future warehouse employees.

6. Maintains a budget and purchasing account for expenses.

7. Maintain basic computer skills including "Microsoft Office components."

8. Maintain a level of cleanliness and organization in the warehouse.

9. Attend regular meetings with the Director of Operations either in person or via "Teams" software.

10. Maintain a level of appearance and personal cleanliness that reflects the standards set forth in the employee manual.

11. Follow approved standards of safety as set forth by OSHA.

12. Operate as needed hand trucks, forklifts, pallet jacks or other mechanical or hydraulic equipment.

13. Be able to lift items in excess of fifty pounds.

Requirements

Skills and Qualifications:

1. At least 5 years experience in a similar role.

2. Be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work well with customers and other employees.

3. Must be honest and represent the core values of M&M Productions USA

4. Must be able to communicate in a clear and understandable manner.

5. Maintain a desire to grow and learn new technologies and procedures.

6. Working knowledge of the latest AV technologies and equipment preferred.

7. Prior knowledge of FLEX software and audiovisual equipment a strong plus.
