Responsibilities:

• Answers phones and assists guests with scheduling reservations and activities.
• Efficiently communicate via emails and calls prior to guest arrival to schedule activities,
  transportation, and dining times.
• Serve as contact for guests prior to their arrival to inform guests of special events during their stay and
  answer questions.
• Collect and maintain guest information and preferences by updating guest database.
• Provide a warm welcome to guests as they arrive at the front desk to check-in for their stay.
• Confirm all scheduled activities and dining times.
• Ensure proper payment, deposit, and financial arrangements.
• Assist guests with special requests, transportation, and be knowledgeable about the property so as to
  answer any questions they may have.
• Open or close lodge daily ensuring all requests and guest charges are correct.
• Maintain cleanliness of lodge and reception area.
• Provide courteous detail of all charges as requested upon guest checkout, close out and process in an
  efficient and pleasant fashion.
• Flexibility to work nights, holidays, and weekends as needed.
• All other duties as assigned.
• To perform the essential functions of this position regular and consistent attendance is required.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Hospitality experience is preferred
• Must have a valid driver's license and submit to a background check

Skills:

• Must be able to communicate effectively with guests, team members and managers
• Basic math skills.
• Must be able to multitask and remain calm and courteous under pressure
• Be familiar with all aspects of the property and exercise judgment and make decisions based on job
  knowledge and company goals

Physical Demands:

• Job may include lifting of luggage and other guest requests
• May be on your feet 50% of the time
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds
• Must be able to safely operate a company vehicle or golf cart

Work Environment:

• General office and guest reception area
• 650+ acres of Windy Hill Farm and Preserve

Job Type: Part-time / Full-time

Experience:

• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
