Siemens NX / Teamcenter Trainer

Join the T-Systems team and help develop the skills of more than 1,000 engineers at a major truck manufacturer. In this role, you will deliver high-quality virtual training on Siemens NX, Teamcenter, and related PLM workflows-empowering engineering teams to design, collaborate, and innovate more effectively.

What You'll Do

• Deliver virtual instructor-led training on Siemens NX, Teamcenter, and PLM processes
• Work with a global team to develop, update, and maintain training materials, guides, and course content
• Plan and manage the annual training schedule using a learning management system
• Teach NX best practices for modeling, assemblies, drafting, and manufacturing workflows
• Teach the following NX courses: Teamcenter & NX Assembly, Basics, Drafting, Sheet Metal
• Commit to learning and teaching additional courses within 12 months, including NX Electrical Cable Routing, FEA, Kinematics, and Mechanical Routing
• Help engineers understand how to use Teamcenter to manage CAD data, revisions, and workflows
• Support onboarding and continuous learning initiatives across engineering teams

What You Bring

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Siemens NX
• Experience with Teamcenter
• Prior training, teaching, or mentoring experience (preferred)
• Strong communication skills and a passion for helping others learn
• Ability to work independently and quickly learn new tools and processes
• Associate degree in CAD or a related technical field (or equivalent experience)
