What You'll Do

• Process domestic and international shipments using UPS, FedEx, and DHL
• Generate shipping labels, Bills of Lading (BOLs), and export documentation
• Audit sales orders and invoices for accuracy before shipment
• Package and prepare shipments for safe and compliant delivery
• Track and research shipments as needed
• Perform transactions in systems such as Oracle, AES, and Tradesphere
• Support hazardous materials (HazMat) shipping requirements
• Follow ISO procedures and shipping compliance standards

What You'll Need

• High School Diploma or GED
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a shipping environment
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills
• Ability to obtain certifications (DOT/49 CFR, IATA, IMDG)
