**Exciting Opportunity for Medical Technologists - Join Our Weekend Nights Team!****Job Description:**- Position Type: Medical Technologist (MT) - Weekends Nights- Shift:- 6 PM to 6:30 AM- 3x12's alternating weekends- No call duties- Floating to lab as needed- No block scheduling**Requirements:**- **Experience:**- Minimum of 1 year preferred- Experience in chemistry, hematology, and blood bank is highly valued- **Education:**- Bachelor's degree in Clinical Laboratory Science, Medical Technology, Chemical, Physical, or Biological Science from an accredited institution recognized by the U.S. Department of Education- **Certification:**- Must have valid certification as a Medical Technologist (MT) through TN State Licensure, ASCP, AMT, AAB, HHS, or equivalent accrediting agency- TN State license is preferred- OR, if eligible:- High school graduate or equivalent on or before April 24, 1995- Completion of an official U.S. military medical laboratory procedures training course of at least 50 weeks duration- Held the military enlisted occupational specialty of Medical Laboratory Specialist (Laboratory Technician)- **Responsibilities:**- Perform diagnostic testing on patient samples to assist physicians in diagnosing and monitoring various disease states- Follow standardized procedures and prepare samples for testing- Analyze test results for accuracy, acceptability, and critical limits- Collaborate with the team to ensure high-quality results- **Work Environment:**- Familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the field- Limited creativity and latitude in task execution- Report to a manager or supervisor for guidance**Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):**At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
