We're looking for a seasoned Construction Project Manager with strong commercial/industrial experience to join our team. You'll oversee new construction, renovations, and CapEx projects from pre-construction through delivery ensuring every project is delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.

What You'll Do:

• Perform full commercial/industrial construction cost estimating (building shells + tenant improvements)
• Deliver preliminary cost estimates during planning and keep the team updated on any cost changes
• Provide estimates for tenant improvements based on prototypical drawings or lease negotiations (critical for proforma validation)
• Work with the design team to secure permits and coordinate inspections
• Collaborate with the project superintendent on detailed schedules covering design, pre-construction, construction, and tenant delivery
• Lead value engineering and adaptive re-use strategies for commercial/industrial buildings
• Evaluate scope, methods, techniques, and materials to maximize efficiency while protecting design integrity and tenant requirements
• Administer and validate self-performed work, subcontracts, and change orders
• Track budgeted vs. actual costs and issue variance reports
• Oversee quality control, including coordination of material testing and special inspections as needed
• Maintain clear, accurate, and timely project documentation

What You Bring:

• 5+ years of Project Management experience in construction
• Proven experience in adaptive re-use of commercial/industrial buildings
• Strong background in commercial/industrial construction cost estimation
• Bonus: Background in commercial electrical is highly preferred xywuqvp
