Ross Stores - 6725 Clinton Highway - Responsibilities: Opening and closing the Store, supervising Associtates, and maintaining a friendly, easy to shop environment.; Trains and coaches Associates on cash registers, shortage control policies, and Front End procedures.; Maintains pace and presence at the Front End to expedite customer lines.; Ensures inventory management, back stock security, and merchandising to company standards.; Administrative duties including payroll and scheduling as needed
