Ross Stores - 6725 Clinton Highway - Responsibilities: Greets all Customers by making eye contact, smiling and saying hello throughout the Store; Assists Customers with merchandise and answers Customer questions in a polite and knowledgeable manner; Maintains a clean work area and ensures proper merchandise presentation; Expedites newly received merchandise receipts to the sales floor and merchandises items per monthly guidelines; Follows MOS policies and handles cash, checks, charge cards, and refunds per procedures
