Position Summary
We are seeking a hands-on, results-driven Fulfillment Area Manager to lead our teams through daily warehouse operations. This leadership role is responsible for driving performance, ensuring quality and accuracy in order fulfillment, and creating a positive and productive team environment.
Work Schedule
The Fulfillment Area Manager leads one of our four primary shifts. Our day shifts operate Sun-Wed or Wed-Sat from 7:00am through 5:30pm, and our night shifts operates on the same days from 6:30pm - 5:00am. Exact hours worked each day will vary as necessary in order to successfully lead the shift. As a salaried leader, this role requires the flexibility to work different shifts or extended shifts as needed, based on the demands of the business.
