We are currently seeking a full-time DME Coordinator who is committed to providing superior service and eager to grow within a highly respected orthopaedic practice at our KOC Weisgarber office.

Key Responsibilities:

• In-office measuring and fitting of Off-the-Shelf orthotics
• On going management and tracking of patient orders
• Perform product evaluation and testing
• Communicate with patients about insurance and provide education on equipment
• Maintain and stock inventory
• Duties performed under the direction of an orthopaedic physician or assigned provider to support injured patients
• Assist with documenting patient care in electronic medical records (EMR)

Preferred Experience and Qualifications:

• Medical office experience required
• Basic EHR proficiency (NexGen preferred)
• Previous casting experience preferred
• Maintain patient confidentiality and compliance standards
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
• Dedication to providing exceptional patient care and service
