Weare currently seeking a full-time IT Technician who is committed to providing superior service and eager to grow within a highly respected orthopaedic practice at our KOC Central Business Office in West Knoxville.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide end-user support for hardware, software, and clinical systems across the organization
• Maintaining and installing systems and participating in IT projects
• Resolve support requests and ensuring end-user satisfaction in line with service level agreements

Preferred Experience and Qualifications:

• Associates Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• Strong technical and interpersonal skills
• Occasional evening/weekend work, but flexible work location (home/office)
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-first mindset
