Position Summary

This position provides opportunity to gain knowledge regarding Loan Servicing, Operations, and Collections aspect of the Manufacture Housing Industry.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service
• Answer customer calls/inquiries
• Take payments over the phone
• Handle customer/client correspondence and all information requests
• Support various departments within Loan Servicing Team
• Assist with Loan Research
• Review and submit Loan Maintenance Requests
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Some College preferred
• Bilingual in Spanish - required
• Proficient with MS Office (Excel and Word)
• Excellent organizational skills
• Excelling communication skills - both oral and written
• Collection knowledge a plus
• Manufactured housing knowledge a plus
