In this role, you will own and optimize paid search and paid social campaigns across multiple platforms-including Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, Bing, and Reddit-driving measurable results for a diverse portfolio of clients. You'll develop and execute full-funnel media strategies, monitor budgets, analyze performance data, and collaborate closely with creative and analytics teams to ensure campaigns deliver maximum ROI. Candidates must have agency experience, a proven track record managing large-scale campaigns and budgets, and the ability to translate performance insights into actionable strategies. Paid Media Strategist (Agency exp. req.) Responsibilities
• Own day-to-day management of paid search and social campaigns across multiple platforms
• Develop and execute comprehensive paid media strategies aligned with client objectives
• Lead campaign planning, budget allocation, and forecasting across multiple accounts
• Identify audience targeting strategies, creative testing plans, and channel mix optimizations
• Analyze campaign performance to improve ROAS, reduce CPA, and scale campaigns efficiently
• Prepare and present regular performance reports with actionable insights
• Collaborate with creative, content, and analytics teams to align assets with campaign goals
• Monitor and maintain tracking pixels, UTM tags, and other attribution mechanisms
• Continuously identify opportunities to optimize campaigns, test new strategies, and expand performance
Paid Media Strategist (Agency exp. req.) Qualifications
• 3+ years of paid media experience required
• Agency experience required
• Proven experience managing $100K+ monthly ad budgets required
• Expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager required
• Strong understanding of attribution models and performance analytics required
• Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager experience required
