Senior Financial Planning & Analysis Manager (100% Remote-Must Live in TN) - Salary up to $155,000 + 20% Bonus - Permanent Direct Hire

Our client, a growing and dynamic healthcare organization with over 30 locations across the US, is seeking a Senior Financial Planning & Manager to help drive financial strategy and support growth. This role works closely with the CEO and senior executives, providing critical financial insights that shape operational decisions and organizational performance.

Overview Senior Financial Planning & Analysis Manager:

• The Senior Financial Planning & Analysis Manager will lead the full budgeting and forecasting process, including multi‑entity financial modeling, and provider compensation
• Develop and maintain advanced financial models, dashboards, KPIs, and executive-ready presentations
• Evaluate provider compensation structures, productivity trends, and clinic-level profitability
• Support expansion efforts through new clinic launches, M&A activity, due diligence, and integration planning
• Up to 25% travel required

Qualifications of the Senior Financial Planning & Analysis Manager:

• Must have experience with provider compensation models, joint ventures, and have helped grow and scale a healthcare organization
• Live in TN and have the ability to travel 25%
