The Plant Manager must provide leadership and guidance to every functional area of the plant in compliance with all applicable policies, business objectives, and performance targets, with particular focus on the five principles of The JTEKT Way. Ensure facility drives continuous improvements in safety, quality, delivery, and operating costs. The plant manager is responsible for defining and effectively communicating clear strategies to satisfy customers, team members, and stakeholders; as well as executing a plan to achieve objectives, remain profitable, and create a positive problem-solving culture.

Job Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Education and Experience:
Bachelors in Engineering (preferred) or Business-related field. 5+ years in leadership position and automotive manufacturing plant is a plus. Experience in management, manufacturing processes, dealing with customers, budget preparation, and cost control. Previous Plant Manager Preferred

Travel by automobile and plane required approximately 10-20% of time.
