Trillium Staffing - - Responsibilities: Repair & Maintain Aerial Lift Equipment: Perform diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs on mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems used on aerial lift and utility equipment.; Respond to Field Service Calls: Independently manage on-site service visits at customer locations within your assigned territory.; Ensure Equipment Safety & Reliability: Perform inspections, preventative maintenance, and repairs to maintain equipment performance and meet applicable safety standards.; Customer Support: Communicate clearly with customers regarding issues, repairs, and maintenance recommendations while ensuring a positive service experience.; Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of service work performed, parts used, and customer interactions.
