ROLE:- Electrical Designer

LOCATION :- Loudon, Tennessee (ONSITE)

Must have experience of Automotive, Marine or off highway experience.

• Must know electrical harness schematic, drawing standards.

• Must be capable to suggest alternate parts/ components

• Perform reverse engineering of harnesses, including detailed analysis of schematics and routing.

• Document and capture technical specifications of harnesses and related electrical components.

• Support the sourcing team by providing technical validation of supplier proposals and alternate parts.

• Collaborate with suppliers to ensure compliance with industry standards and company requirements.

• Provide inputs for alternate sourcing strategies, ensuring quality and performance are maintained.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams (design, manufacturing, sourcing) to resolve technical queries
