We are seeking an experienced and passionate Experience Manager to join our team remotely. As an Experience Manager, you will be responsible for creating and managing the overall experience for our clients, from the initial planning stages to the completion of their trip. This is a full-time position with the opportunity to work from anywhere in the world.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their travel preferences and needs
• Design customized itineraries and experiences for clients based on their interests and budget
• Monitor and manage client feedback to continuously improve the overall experience
• Stay up to date on industry trends and destination information to provide the best recommendations to clients
• Promote and market to potential clients
• Handle any client issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely with a high level of self-motivation and organization
• Authorized to work in the US, UK or Australia
• Must be 18 or over
