Covenant Health - - Responsibilities: Take and record temperature, pulse, respiration rates, blood pressures, weights, heights, and intake-output measurements; Assist with activities of daily living and specified patient care under supervision; Ambulate and transport patients; Attend to nutritional needs and provide morning/evening care including hygiene and room care; Collect urine, stool and sputum specimens and assist with basic nursing tasks such as ROM and EKG
