Covenant Health - - Responsibilities: Pull and prepare raw goods to assemble and wrap custom procedure packs following established department guidelines; Responsible for Quality Assurance from receiving to shipping of all raw and finished products; Operate warehouse equipment, such as pallet jack and electric forklift; Document Device History Record and the Non-Conformance Manual in accordance with SOP and FDA Regulations; Aid in cycle counts and physical inventory processes
