Daily Responsibilities: Oversee all aspects of commercial construction projects from start to finish Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure project timelines are met Manage project budgets and ensure cost-effective solutions are implemented Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and quality of work Communicate effectively with project stakeholders to provide updates and address any issues Required Skills: Experience in general construction and commercial building projects Proficiency in take-offs, PlanSwift, and change orders Knowledge of punch out lists, pre-construction, and metal framing Ability to work with construction drawings, submittals, and Prolog software Strong skills in scope development, building construction, and project closeout Nice to Have Skills: Experience with PlanGrid and multi-family construction projects Familiarity with blueprint reading and building information modeling Salary and Benefits: Minimum Salary: $90,000.00 Maximum Salary: $120,000.00 Benefits: Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Dental Insurance, Vision Insurance, 401(k) Company Information: Elevation Consulting Solution provides strategic consulting services to enhance business operations and efficiency.
