Position SummaryThe Christmas Seasonal Team Member helps support store and processing operations during KARM Stores' busiest season of the year. This role may assist with receiving donations, sorting merchandise, preparing items for the sales floor, keeping work areas organized, supporting inventory movement, and helping create a positive experience for donors, shoppers, and team members.
Seasonal team members may be placed in processing, sales floor, donation receiving, or other support areas based on store needs.

This role is performed in a warehouse environment and will involve standing, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting throughout the shift.
