Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or drivers by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.; Respond to incidents, access concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and reporting observations to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout loading areas, trailer yards, parking areas, entry points, and the perimeter, noting unusual activity and helping to deter unauthorized access.; Monitor the movement of people, vehicles, and/or deliveries at designated access points, following post orders for visitor processing, driver check-in support, and credential verification.; Support site operations by communicating clearly with staff, visitors, and/or transportation personnel, following escalation procedures, and assisting with routine security-related inspections and reporting tasks.
