Ross Stores - 6725 Clinton Highway - Responsibilities: Supervise and coach retail associates to provide efficient and friendly service across the store, including registers, service desks, fitting rooms, and sales floor; Assist in payroll administration and scheduling to meet budget and business needs; Recruit, hire, train, and develop non-exempt associates; enforce Ross personnel policies; Ensure compliance with state/local/federal regulations and company safety policies; lead monthly safety meetings; Manage store operations in the absence of the Store Manager to meet company standards and best practices
