The Executive Director of Sales Performance (EDOS) will work closely with the VP of Sales Performance and the Executive Team to set the sales strategy to ensure we achieve the revenue goals we have committed to our clients. The EDOS will manage up to 8 Regional Directors of Sales and will be responsible for a portfolio of 45 to 60 hotels to ensure successful execution of their sales plans. This position is home-based.
