About the Role:

We're seeking a Landscaping Crew Leader to oversee daily landscaping operations across our properties. This role is hands-on and leadership-focused, responsible for managing a crew, maintaining property standards, and ensuring work is completed efficiently, safely, and at a high level.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise a landscaping crew in daily operations

Plan schedules, assign tasks, and ensure projects stay on track

Perform and oversee lawn care, landscaping, and property upkeep

Ensure all work meets company standards for quality and appearance

Inspect completed work and address any issues

Maintain equipment, tools, and safe job sites

Train and support team members

Qualifications:

Experience in landscaping, lawn care, or property maintenance

Previous leadership or crew supervision experience preferred

Strong organization and time management skills

Ability to communicate clearly and lead a team effectively

Reliable with strong attention to detail
