Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to visitors, patients, staff, and vendors by carrying out access control procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location; Monitor entrances, exits, lobbies, and restricted areas to help control authorized access, verify credentials, and document visitor activity in accordance with site protocols; Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, reporting details and supporting site personnel during medical and/or facility-related events; Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter, observing for unusual activity, unsecured access points, and other security-related concerns; Communicate with staff, guests, and supervisors regarding access issues, policy questions, and/or security-related incidents while maintaining professional conduct and accurate records
