Aerotek - - Responsibilities: Perform surface preparation by cleaning, degreasing, sandblasting, and masking metal parts to ensure proper powder adhesion.; Operate manual electrostatic spray guns to apply powder coatings evenly and accurately to specifications.; Manage batch production and color changes by hanging and un-racking parts on the conveyor line.; Conduct visual quality inspections before and after curing to identify defects such as runs, sags, and thin spots.; Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of spray guns, booths, and ovens.
