A company is looking for a Remote Non-QM Loan Underwriter.Key Responsibilities:Review and analyze loan files for various Non-QM productsUnderwrite and approve or deny loan applications based on guidelines and regulationsCommunicate with stakeholders to obtain documentation and resolve issuesRequired Qualifications:Minimum of 3+ years of experience in underwriting Non-QM loansStrong knowledge of Bank Statement, DSCR, and Asset Depletion productsExperience underwriting Non-QM roles within the last 6 monthsDeep understanding of underwriting guidelines and compliance standards related to Non-QM loansProven ability to handle a high volume of loan files accurately
