Locations: Knoxville, TN or Chesapeake, VA Schedule: Day shift | Onsite

What You'll Do

Review and support approval of product designs and manufacturing requirements Estimate materials, labor, and production costs based on specifications Partner with sales, production, technical services, customer service, and design teams to align on timelines and capabilities Support development and approval of design features, including security elements and promotional components Clearly communicate job requirements to ensure smooth production handoff Provide guidance and support to internal teams on design standards and manufacturing considerations Respond to internal and customer inquiries related to product development Participate in quality and continuous improvement efforts Approve invoices related to outsourced services (tooling, press components, etc.) Communicate design changes that may impact cost or timing Build strong working relationships through regular cross-functional collaboration Identify opportunities for efficiency, cost savings, and process improvement

What We're Looking For Required:

High school diploma or GED

Preferred (not required):

Associate degree, technical certificate, or equivalent experience Experience in printing, labeling, or a manufacturing environment Background in estimating, production coordination, customer service, or technical support roles

The physical demands require standing, using hands to finger, feel and touch; reach with arms and hands; talk and hear. This position requires frequent walking. Occasionally employee is required to climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. Must be able to regularly lift or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision requirements are close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
