ABOUT THE ROLE
Our client is seeking an IT Help Desk Technician (Workstation Support) to join a high-volume support team in Knoxville, TN. This on-site, contract-to-hire position is ideal for individuals looking to build a long-term career in IT support, gain hands-on experience with enterprise technologies, and develop strong troubleshooting and customer service skills. You will provide frontline technical assistance in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment, diagnosing and resolving issues related to desktops, laptops, peripherals, and user accounts. The role requires delivering a high level of service to end users both in person and over the phone, with opportunities to expand your technical expertise and grow within the organization.
