Property Title Processor

LHH is seeking a Property Title Processor for a growing Real Estate organization in Knoxville, TN. The Property Title Processor will manage residential real estate transactions from contract to close, ensuring title accuracy, regulatory compliance, and exceptional service to all parties involved. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a deadline‑driven environment and enjoys being a key part of the closing process.

Key Responsibilities

• Review contracts, lender instructions, and title commitments for completeness and accuracy
• Order, review, and clear title requirements, including liens and underwriting conditions
• Prepare and coordinate closing packages and settlement statements
• Schedule and facilitate closings with buyers, sellers, lenders, agents, and attorneys
• Conduct closings in person and/or remotely in a professional and client‑focused manner
• Ensure all documents are properly executed, recorded, and disbursed
• Maintain compliance with state, federal, and lender regulations
• Communicate proactively with all parties to resolve issues and keep files on schedule

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in title processing, closing, or real estate finance
• Must be notarized in Tennessee
• Strong knowledge of residential real estate transactions and title insurance
• Familiarity with Tennessee real estate laws and closing practices preferred
• Experience with settlement statements and lender requirements
• Proficiency in title and closing software and Microsoft Office
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong communication and customer service abilities

Pay range: $60,000-65,000 depending on experience
