Client Relations & Advisor Representative

Guardian Investment Advisors (GIA) is seeking a Client Relations & Advisor Representative to join our growing team. This role is central to creating an exceptional client experience while supporting our advisors and operations staff. If you enjoy building relationships, staying organized, and being part of a team that makes a difference, this could be the perfect fit.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients: answering calls, scheduling appointments, and handling follow-ups.
• Document all client interactions and maintain records in Redtail CRM.
• Support case management by preparing applications, forms, and ensuring timely processing of client requests.
• Track new business and leads, ensuring advisors are equipped with accurate information.
• Assist with event preparation, RSVPs, and follow-up with prospects after seminars and client events.
• Maintain a professional and welcoming office environment, including front desk and reception duties.
• Provide general team support, including organization of files, scanning, mailing, and errands as needed.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Experience with CRM systems (Redtail experience a plus).
• Professional demeanor and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
