Rental Equipment Sales & Project Manager

Location: Knoxville, TN

We're hiring a Sales Project Manager to grow/maintain an existing book of business pin the Knoxville area. You'll split your time between developing new business overseeing existing projects, bidding work, attending trainings and becoming an expert on all product lines while providing solutions for industries like construction, environmental services, manufacturing, distilling, and more. With multiple product lines, such as Trench Safety, Pumping, Power, Water Treatment and Environmental Services there's a product line for every market we service.

What You'll Do

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships with existing and new customers
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Visit job sites, recommend solutions, and create proposals
• Manage projects from start to finish
• Track leads, accounts, and proposals
• Represent the company at trade shows and events

What You Bring

• Experience in sales, project management, or customer service
• Knowledge of equipment rental, construction, or related industries (preferred)
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Plan reading, understanding of heavy civil and industrial projects
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, and other business software
