Covenant Health - - Responsibilities: Take and record vital signs (temperature, pulse, respiration, blood pressure, weight, height, intake-output); Ambulate patients and assist with mobility and transfers; Provide morning/evening care and activities of daily living support (bathing, grooming, dressing, linen changes); Maintain clean and safe patient environment and document patient information as appropriate; Respond to patient calls and assist RN as needed
