Aerotek - - Responsibilities: Perform MIG welding on production parts using flat, uphill, and downhill techniques in accordance with job specifications.; Read and interpret basic blueprints to understand weld locations, dimensions, and requirements.; Set up, operate, and maintain welding equipment and tools in a safe and efficient manner.; Inspect welds for quality, accuracy, and adherence to standards, making adjustments as needed.; Collaborate with the foreman and team members to meet production schedules and quality expectations.
