Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to visitors, patients, staff, and/or vendors by carrying out access control procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a healthcare location.; Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or authorized access, and help to deter unauthorized entry in a calm, professional manner.; Respond to incidents, access-related concerns, and critical situations with strong problem-solving and communication skills, escalating issues according to site procedures.; Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter, observe for unusual activity or security-related concerns, and document findings in accordance with site expectations.
