What you'll do:

• Supervise and lead teams while providing guidance and support.
• Foster a safety-conscious and collaborative team culture.
• Cascade the Company's vision and provides clear direction.
• Ensures company vehicles, trailers, equipment, tools, and other assets are properly maintained.
• Ensures the team is providing a remarkable customer experience and satisfaction.
• Responsible for meeting budget requirements as set forth.
• Maintaining impeccable installation quality promptly.
• Cascade, track, and maintain weekly revenue-generating goals.

• Valid driver's license with the ability to be insured by the Company.
• Associate's or bachelor's degree in construction or business preferred.
• Minimum of 2+ years of experience as a Foreman in the construction trades or a combination of experience and education.
