[AR Coordinator / Remote] - Anywhere in U.S. / $28 - $31 per hour / Health-Dental-Vision / 401(k) / Paid time off - As an Accounts Receivable Coordinator at MPD Pool Holdings, you will: Manage and process customer payments, including credit card and check transactions; Follow up with customers on past due balances and resolve any billing discrepancies; Maintain accurate records and documentation of all financial transactions; Generate and distribute monthly statements to customers; Prepare and analyze accounts receivable reports for management review; Communicate effectively with customers, sales team, and other departments to resolve payment issues and answer inquiries; Ensure timely and accurate posting of all cash receipts and adjustments; Implement and maintain billing and collection policies and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.
