CGI is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior SAP Business Intelligence Specialist to join our team in support of a large-scale S/4HANA Greenfield implementation for a public sector client. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in SAP S/4HANA and Business Intelligence solutions, including SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Datasphere, SAP Databricks, S/4HANA Embedded Analytics, BW/4HANA, and CFO Control Tower. This role combines strategic oversight with hands-on business intelligence implementation for the program's enterprise-wide reporting solution. The Reporting Lead will oversee a team of business intelligence and reporting professionals responsible for the design, development, and deployment of the program's reporting platform. This position is located in one of CGI Federal's offices in Fairfax, VA, Lebanon, VA, Lafayette, LA or Knoxville, TN; however, a hybrid working model is acceptable. You will be required to work in a CGI Federal office two days per week.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
Due to the nature of the contract requirements, U.S. citizenship and successful completion of a CGI background check are required prior to beginning work. In addition, candidates must have the ability to obtain and maintain a DHS EOD/Public Trust clearance. Minimum of 9 years of experience in business intelligence and reporting development, with a focus on SAP S/4HANA or similar ERP solutions. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Math, Business, or a related technical discipline. A master's degree or relevant certification (e.g., SAP Certified Technology Associate) is a plus. Proficiency with technologies such as S/4HANA Embedded Analytics, Business Intelligence solutions in BTP (SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Datasphere), BW/4HANA, and CFO Control Tower, including installation, configuration, performance tuning, design, development, and deployment. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor and develop team members. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex reporting issues and provide clear recommendations. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present and discuss strategies and technical information in a manner that establishes rapport, influences others, and promotes understanding among both technical and non-technical audiences. Strong organizational skills. High attention to detail and accuracy in report output and documentation. Experience with Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) activities and Agile methodologies.
