Join Our Production Team as a Sauce Maker!At Pepper Palace, we take pride in crafting high-quality, flavorful products, and our Sauce Makers are a crucial part of our production. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety in their work and is get into the world for food production. If you're a team player with a strong work ethic and a winning attitude, we want you on our team!
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately measure and mix/blend ingredients to match recipe specifications.
- Operate mixer/blender equipment safely and efficiently.
- Follow Quality Assurance (QA) and safety protocols in the warehouse and production areas.
- Follow all food safety, HACCP, and GMP policies.
- Help monitor recipes for quality and consistency.
- Lift and carry up to 50 lbs. as needed.
- Maintain an organized, clean, and efficient work environment.
- Work collaboratively with team members and leadership to meet production goals.
- Basic math, reading, and writing skills for accuracy.
- Strong communication skills with team members and supvisors.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain high-quality standards.
- A team player who thrives in a fast-paced production environment.
- Strong attention to safety and efficiency in all tasks.
- Prior experience in a warehouse, food production, or manufacturing environment.
- Availability: Monday-Thursday, 5AM-3PM
- Consistent full-time schedule with three-day weekends every week.
