Job Details

Delivery and pick up of pharmaceuticals, supplies and equipment; form completion, and telephone communication. The Courier reports to the Lead Courier. Responsibilities Performs deliveries and pick ups, including pharmaceuticals, supplies, and equipment to patient or Home Health companies. Provides personal contact with patients, physician offices, Home Health companies, and others. Obtains patient/care giver signature on all required documents. Accurately maintains delivery records. Maintains designated clean and dirty areas in vehicles. Prints delivery tickets. Pulls and bags supplies. Maintains cleanliness of delivery vehicles. Performs on call service. Local travel required. Follows policies, procedures, and safety standards. Completes required education assignments annually. Works toward achieving goals and objectives, and participates in quality improvement initiatives as requested. Perform other related duties as assigned or requested.
