Pilot Company - 800 Cornerstone Drive - Responsibilities: Lead and supervise the day-to-day activities of the Commercial Excellence Billing Team, providing clear direction, assigning work, and coordinating resources to support accurate and timely customer billing.; Collaborate with the manager to align on team priorities and support execution of agreed upon workflows within the transaction billing process.; Serve as key point of contact for billing systems, including PDI and automated billing tools, and coordinate with IT and support teams during testing, issue resolution, and execution of approved updates.; Monitor recurring issues and share trends or improvement opportunities with leadership.; Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive professional development feedback to team members.
