What You'll Need: • Associate or Bachelor's degree in Radiation Therapy from an accredited program • AART Certification in Radiation Therapy • Valid Radiation Therapy state license, if required • National licensure (required) • BLS/CPR certification (required) • Minimum 1 year experience as a radiation therapist (client requirement) • Experience with Mosaiq EMR (client-preferred) • Experience working in hospital or outpatient radiation therapy environments (preferred) • Adherence to facility dress code: steel grey scrubs; lab coat or non-fleece jacket permitted; no artificial nails (client requirement) Additional Duties: • Operate and maintain radiation therapy equipment. • Accurately position patients and ensure proper immobilization during treatment. • Verify treatment plans and dosage with oncology team. • Monitor patients for adverse reactions during and after therapy. • Document treatments and maintain accurate patient records in Mosaiq. • Maintain patient throughput consistent with clinic expectations (patient ratio and scheduling protocols). Minimum Requirements: • National licensure for Radiation Therapists. • BLS/CPR certification. • Minimum of 1 year of clinical Radiation Therapist experience. • Ability to work under established patient ratio and scheduling cadence. The client currently operates with one treatment room and will expand to two treatment rooms; staffing will be two therapists when expanded. Patient flow averages one treatment every 15 minutes (client-specific operational expectations). • Compliance with facility attire policy: steel grey scrubs; lab coat or non-fleece jacket allowed; no artificial nails. • Travelers must reside more than 50 miles from the facility (client requirement). • Submission requirements: include permanent home address and required documentation per client process. Do not include SSN on emailed packets; follow tax-tab procedures for SSN submission (client administrative requirements). • Preferred: experience using Mosaiq EMR. Assignment Details Facility type: Hospital. Shift name: Days. Shift hours: Days 06:00–12:00. Additional day shift variations include 06:00 or 07:15 until lunch, and 09:00–17:00; discuss specific shift with the director (client requires flexibility and direct confirmation of exact shift). Weekend requirement: No weekends. On-call requirement: No call. Floating: No floating. Block scheduling: Not permitted.
