Description:

Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing industry, is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting daily operations and ensuring smooth administrative workflows. The ideal candidatewill demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proactive communication, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Alcoa, TN

Pay Range:

Shift: Days (40 hours)

What's the Job?

  • Perform general administrative duties to support maintenance and production teams
  • Utilize Microsoft Office programs for data entry, report creation, and documentation
  • Track absenteeism and manage overtime requests for mechanical and electrical crews
  • Create, maintain, and post overtime and schedule reports for all crafts
  • Facilitate daily management meetings and input electronic data into site-level reports

What's Needed?

  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data management
  • Willingness to support safety documentation and maintain files
