Our client, a leader in the healthcare manufacturing industry, is seeking a Clean Room Production Associate to join their team. As a Clean Room Production Associate, you will be part of the manufacturing support team supporting quality assurance and production processes. The ideal candidate willdemonstrate attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to maintaining a clean and safe environment, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Clean Room Production Associate

Location: Oak Ridge, TN

Pay Range: $17-19/hr plus 2.50/hr shift differential

Shift: 2 PM to 10 PM & 10 PM - 7AM

What's the Job?

• Visually inspect, clean, label, and package products in a controlled clean room environment
• Follow strict glove and gown protocols to prevent product contamination
• Receive and stage products for manufacturing processes
• Maintain cleanliness of tanks, walls, tables, and fixtures within the clean room
• Accurately complete nonconformance reports and ensure proper documentation

What's Needed?

• High School diploma or equivalent, or manufacturing experience in a clean room environment
• Minimum of 6 months related work experience
• Ability to work with water, good dexterity, and attention to detail
• Comfortable wearing masks and gowns in a clean room setting
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
