Covenant Health - - Responsibilities: Meets the serving schedule for sixteen (16) groups of children which may include breakfast, lunch, and snack; Maintains Knox County Health Department regulations; Properly cleans and disinfects serving area and dining room after each meal; Sorts and washes laundry (sheets, bibs, clothes, etc.) according to schedule; Ensures that all children with allergies are served the approved foods
