Aerotek - - Responsibilities: Perform surface preparation by cleaning, degreasing, sandblasting, and masking metal parts to ensure proper powder adhesion; Operate manual electrostatic spray guns to apply powder coatings evenly and accurately to specifications; Manage batch production and color changes by hanging and un-racking parts on the conveyor line; Conduct visual quality inspections before and after curing to identify defects such as runs, sags, and thin spots; Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of spray guns, booths, and ovens
