The Min H. Kao Department of Electrical Engineering & Computer Science invites applications for a full-time Postdoctoral research position. The successful candidate will conduct research exploring nanoelectronic circuit design and approaches to nano-enabled computing, with particular emphasis on hardware implemented using CMOS/memristor integrated circuit technology. This work will include circuit-level design exploration, verification tasks, physical design, and device/circuit testing. The successful candidate will work in a team of researchers focused on all aspects of emerging nanoelectronic computing, including circuits, architectures and software. Specific application areas of interest include neuromorphic computing and hardware security. The successful candidate will be expected to:Take a leadership role in nanoelectronic circuit and system design efforts. Work closely with and mentor student researchers.
