Hallmark Homecare operates as a Direct Referral Agency, focusing on connecting skilled independent caregivers with seniors through direct hiring. Essentially, we act as caregiver recruiters and matchmakers.

Qualifications:

· 5+ years of professional experience caring for seniors preferred

· CNA certification desired but not required

· Ability to work independently and reliably

· Demonstrates empathy, dignity, and respect when supporting vulnerable individuals

· Able to pass a background check

· Valid driver's license and clean driving record; must have car insurance: comfortable transporting clients

Responsibilities:· Provide high-quality long-term care and personal support

· Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, and medication reminders

· Apply advanced caregiving skills such as first aid and knowledge of patients' rights

· Transport clients to appointments, errands, and outings as needed

· Build trusting relationships through compassion, patience, and companionship

· Maintain a clean and safe home environment; perform light housekeeping and meal preparation as needed

Job Types: Full-time or Part-time Pay: $17.00–$20.00 per hour
